About Us

Your Neighbors,
Not a Chain

Open Sesame was born right here in Dixon out of a simple belief: home repair should feel easy, honest, and dependable. Too many people in our community have been burned by contractors who don't show up, overcharge, or cut corners. We decided to be different.

When you call us, you're not getting a call center. You're getting someone who knows Dixon, who respects your time, and who treats your home like it's their own. That's not a marketing slogan — it's just how we live.

What Dixon Says

"I called Open Sesame about a stubborn leak under my kitchen sink. They arrived the same day, fixed it in under an hour, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. That's rare."
